New events organised by the 2010 Geneva Marathon for Unicef are four Kids races, from 500 meters to 3 km, which are offered to children age 6 to 13 years old. For security reasons, these races will take place on the quay and through the parks of Geneva, on marked routes under the supervision of members of the organisation. Warning: the number of registrations is limited to 300, ie 75 for each distance. Meeting on the afternoon of Saturday, May 8, 2010 from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm !

Registration fees

CHF 15 / EUR 10 (minimum), entierly put back to the UNICEF.
Possibility to make an additional donation to the U
NICEF.

4 races only for kids open to all, licensed and non-licensed runners born between 1997 and 2004 :

- Kids race  Category 1, 500 meters (born between 2003 and 2004)
- Kids race Category 2, 1 kilometer (born between 2001 and 2002)
- Kids race Category 3, 2 kilometers (born between 1999 and 2000)
- Kids race Category 4, 3 kilometers (born between 1997 and 1998)

Every 3 first of each category will receive a prize (boys and girls).



Starts

Kids runs Category 4, 3 km (born between 1997 and 1998) : Start 3:30 pm

Kids runs Category 3, 2 km (born between 1999 and 2000) : Start 4:30 pm

Kids runs Category 2, 1 km (born between 2001 and 2002) : Start 5:15 pm

Kids runs Category 1, 500 m (born between 2003 and 2004) : Start 5:45 pm



Individual Entries


Register now via Internet.

Entries are limited to 300, ie 75 for each distance. They will be taken in order of reception. Once the maximum number is attained, the list will be closed. Validity of inscription is the payment of the entry fee.

No cheques can be accepted for payment of the entry fee.

Entries, once accepted, are personal and will not be reimbursed under any circumstances. Registration can not be transferred to another person without warning the organization. Any person who passes his start number to another will be held responsible for any accident or incident caused by this third party during the race.

However, any start number attributed may be transferred to another person by sending an e-mail to the organisers at the latest 24 hours before the start.

The latest date to register is May 6, 2010.
